  Position is fine

  Valet parking only. I was in the old rooms, no Internet !!!! Internet was very slow also in the lobby. No aircon in the room.

  The room was very modern with a lovely bath and shower plus free internet in the room. It was very well located for seeing all the sights of Luxembourg, would recommend it.

  Beautifully designed. The rooms are of decent size and the lobby bar and restaurant are modern and well designed.

  When we arrived the hotel had no parking space for our car. This unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. They managed to find a space at an additional 25 Euros when most hotels of this standard expect guests to arrive by car. In addition, it was impossible to order a cup of coffee in the morning without ordering the entire breakfast. This is not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

  I like the location. The bathroom is modern and new. Good pilows.

  But there was not tea and coffee facilities in the room. For 4 star hotel it is strange. Poor breakfast.

  The internet cable a bit too short - I had to angle the chair and sit in an uncomfortable position in order to use my laptop It was hard to get through to reception (away or engaged). I had to always try a few times before I got through Really basic room service on the weekends. I did not realise that there was none or v little on the weekend.

  Everything about the hotel was very good indeed. We thoroughly enyoyed our stay there. It is only a few minutes walk into the city centre from the hotel so is perfect for a city visit.

  Excellent service. Valet parking at reasonable price (about 15 euro per night). We had a standard "English-style" room: very cozy and with a wodneful bathroom too.

  Breakfast price was outrageously high (22 euro/person !). The hotel is not in the old part of the town (it takes a five minutes walk to reach the city center).

  The location was on the edge of the City providing convenient access to the tourist venues that interested us. The premises were superbly maintained. The staff were well trained and performed well. Our room was elegeantly comfortable with all desired facilities. The dining room provided excellent meals. The price was reasonable. Being a weekend there were few guests and all was very quiet and dignified

  The design and the service were of a very high quality.

  The only thing is that if I knew beforehand the room types I would have opted for the modern one and not the English type one.

  5 minutes walk to the center.

  Parking with valet parking = lose the car for the rest of the day. Got invoiced for something that I did not used, only saw it later. (Toolate)
